3D printing-SLA principle

Stereo Lithography Appearance, is a stereo light curing forming method. Focus on the surface of the photocurable material with a specific wavelength and intensity, so that the point is in the line, and the line is geared, and the drawing work is completed, and then the stage is vertical. The direction of the direction is moved, and another level is cured. This layer is superimposed to form a three-dimensional entity.

SLA is the earliest use of rapid forming techniques, using liquid photosensitive resin raw materials, and the process principle is shown in Figure 1. Its process is, first designing a three-dimensional entity model by CAD, using discrete programs to slice processing, design scanning paths, generated data will accurately control the motion of laser scanners and lifting stations; laser beam passes the scan of the CNC device When the designed scan path is irradiated to the surface of the liquid photosensitive resin, after solidifying the one-layer resin in the surface-specific region, a section of the part is generated after the one layer is completed; then the lifting station drops a certain distance, the curing layer Another layer of liquid resin is covered, and the second layer scan is further carried out firmly on the previous cured layer, so that a layer is superimposed to be a three-dimensional processor prototype. After the prototype is removed from the resin, the final curing is finally cured, and the product is obtained by lightning, plating, painting or coloring treatment.

SLA technology is mainly used to manufacture a variety of molds, models, etc .; also can be used to replace the wax mold in the melting of precision castings by adding other ingredients in the feedstock. The SLA technology is faster and the precision is high, but due to shrinkage during resin curing, stress or deformation is inevitable. Therefore, it is a tendency to develop shrinkage, fast curing, and high intensity.
